i am so bad at remembering. but at about 4pm i had a sesame bagel (the montreal kind that are skinnier) with a fried egg, 2 strips of bacon, tomato, avocado, and a not-too-much amount of cheese. i also ate two other strips of bacon, but i did NOT succumb to the temptation to just make the last 2 in the package and eat those too.
